Roof Repair Near Me - What Happens From Your First Call to a Fixed Leak

Tempe-based All Valley Roofing · Phoenix metro ·

BASED IN TEMPEHOME + BUSINESS ROOFSHELP WITH ROOF + SOLAR WORK

When you search "roof repair near me" in the East Valley, you want three things: someone close by, a clear answer on what is wrong, and a fix that holds. Here is how that works with All Valley Roofing, based in Tempe: you tell us where the roof is and what you are seeing, we check the whole roof and photograph what we find, you get a Free Roof Report with your options, and then you decide what to fix now and what can wait.

Step 1 - Tell us where and what

Start with the address and the roof type if you know it - tile, shingle, foam, flat, or not sure. Then tell us what has you worried: a ceiling stain, a drip during rain, a slipped tile you can see from the yard, or just an old roof.

If it is leaking right now, say so. Catch the water inside first and take photos of the stain and any damage. You may need them for an insurance claim. Do not get on a wet roof. You could fall, and you could break roof tile.

Step 2 - We check more than the one spot

Water can get in at one spot and show up at another, so a good leak check looks at the whole roof, not only the area above the stain. We check roof joints, valleys, openings, and the roof surface.

Most roof leaks trace back to a few small parts:

  • Pipe boots around plumbing vents
  • Vent collars
  • Flashing at walls and roof joints
  • Sealant that has dried out in the sun
  • Cracked or slipped tile, or loose shingles

While we are on the roof, we check all of these at once. Most home roof checks take 45 to 90 minutes, and you do not need to be home. If you are home, show us the stain first.

Step 3 - You get the Free Roof Report

The Free Roof Report is a full color PDF with photos and plain-language notes. It shows:

  • Photos of the roof surface, valleys, openings, and flashing
  • What is worn and what is still sound
  • What needs attention now and what can wait
  • Whether a repair, part of a new roof, or a full new roof makes sense

The report is yours to keep, even if you hire someone else. Roughly half the roofs we check do not need a new roof yet. If yours does not, we will say so. See what the Free Roof Report includes.

Step 4 - You choose the repair

You pick what to fix now and what to plan for later. Your written quote shows the price. What can change the cost of a repair: how many items are on the list, how hard the roof is to reach, and whether older tile is hard to find.

If a roof has many worn spots across several areas, we will say so and explain why a new roof may make more sense than patching each one separately.

Step 5 - The repair

Repairs depend on what failed:

  • Tile roofs: replace cracked or slipped tile, fix flashing and pipe boots, or lift tile to replace worn underlayment in one area
  • Shingle roofs: replace damaged shingles, a cracked roof cap, or the flashing at a vent
  • Foam roofs: patch damaged spots, and recoat sound foam that has a worn top coat
  • Flat roofs: cut out and patch a bad seam or a bad spot by a roof opening

If solar panels are involved

If the leak is near or under solar panels, we plan the work with a solar detach and refit partner, so you still have one point of contact. See solar detach and reset.

FAQ

Can you meet my insurance adjuster?

Yes. We take photos and notes on the roof damage and can meet the adjuster at the site. We do not set or argue the value of your claim. That stays between you and your insurer.

Do I have to hire you after the report?

No. The roof check and report are free, with no obligation.

What if I do not know my roof type?

That is fine. Choose "not sure" when you request the report, and we will tell you what you have.
