Flat and low-slope roofing
Foam roof repair to help stop leaks.
We add SPF foam and new top coats to flat roofs. SPF means spray foam roofing.
Spray foam makes one smooth roof layer. It can help keep heat out. A top coat guards the foam from the sun. That coat wears down with time. We add new foam and new top coats. Each job starts with a Free Roof Report, so you know exactly what the roof needs before you spend anything.
Recoat the foam or replace the roof?
Sound foam may only need a new top coat. The old coat may look thin or like chalk. We check the foam and the coat first. Then we tell you if a new coat or new roof makes sense.
Soft foam can mean water got under it. Foam can also pull off the roof deck below it. A new coat will not fix wet foam. Many bad spots may mean the foam must come off. We check for trapped water before we tell you what to do.
Solar panels on the roof? We plan the roof and panel work. See solar detach and reset.
